1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rubidsoft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Rubidsoft provides comprehensive IT services including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• Digital marketing services
• SaaS application development
• WHMCS customization and development
• Technical consulting and support
• Bug fixing and maintenance services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Respond to communication requests within reasonable timeframes
• Make timely payments as agreed in the project contract
• Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and resources
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Projects require a 50% advance payment before commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Mobile banking, Cash
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified

5. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before project commencement. Rubidsoft commits to:

• Deliver projects within agreed timeframes
• Provide regular updates on project progress
• Include reasonable revisions as specified in the contract
• Deliver source code and documentation upon final payment

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• Client retains ownership of their existing content and materials
• Rubidsoft retains rights to pre-existing code and methodologies
• Custom developed solutions become client property upon full payment
• Both parties agree to respect each other's intellectual property

7. Confidentiality

Rubidsoft is committed to maintaining client confidentiality:

• All client information is treated as confidential
• No client data is shared with third parties without consent
• Security measures are implemented to protect client data
• Confidentiality obligations continue after project completion

8. Limitation of Liability

Rubidsoft's liability is limited as follows:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• Liability is limited to the total project value
• Rubidsoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Clients are responsible for backing up their data

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With written notice as specified in the contract
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Payment for completed work is due upon termination
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• First attempt: Direct negotiation between parties
• Second attempt: Mediation through a neutral third party
• Final resolution: Courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh

11. Changes to Terms

Rubidsoft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with updated date
• Communicated to active clients via email
• Effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance
